Every company is different - most have much less of interest in the IPO v. shares outstanding unlike UIHIA. As for UBID, 1) I don't think theyou can compare the two businesses - this has a monopoly in Europe, MSFT etc etc.2)If you look at the charts of of UBID and MAll they track eachother to the t, from the first day of the IPO until today. That IPO fell from the begining then moved up (this will be the opposite IMHO). If this does the same thing which I believe it will - UIHIA will move up substantially -will track the ups and downs of UPCOY ---- which means UIHIA is going much higher
