*AV*--Letting me know---Do not let me know about your IPO, Let me participate in on your IPO. Anyone who is an entrepeneur in software field and has contacts with MSFT, has the touch of gold as far as I am concerned, when going public. The investment bankers will be intrigued enough to give you serious consideration. I only wish the odds of going public were better than 20:1 in your mind.

If you land any 7 figure contracts soon, you won't need to go public. As much as I would want to and have gotten into companies on the ground floor, there is a lot to be said about being fully in charge of your own destiny.

If you do go public, please let us know and give us an opportunity to participate. However, in all honesty, I hope that you never have to go public and that you can reap the full 100% of all your hard labor.

Good Luck.
