I called AIME. Investor relations is excellent, and responsive. There are not 14 million warrants out, although there is dilution close to 30 million shares in the way of warrants, options, and note conversions. Warrants, options, and note conversions are represented as being fair based on AIME's market value today, and in recent months. 1 million shares was recently placed at 3 7/16, so I would guess this is a price as a good guide of where the conversions take place.
