PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 11, 1999--West Coast Entertainment Corporation (OTCBB:WCEC - news) Thursday announced that it has
expanded its revenue generating focus to include its video and DVD e-commerce site @Moviebuff.com.

The site located at moviebuff.com, is a strategic move to increase revenues through a cash positive growth program. In addition, West Coast
Entertainment hopes to increase its market share and brand name recognition via @Moviebuff.com due to the traffic the site generates.

The Company has opened @Moviebuff.com in anticipation that this new branch of West Coast Entertainment will increase revenues to the Company.
