Mark, the Bid and Ask are blocked if you are not subscribed to the realtime service. You will only get these fields if subscribed to realtime. Don't know about the quotes stoping for 30min... I have the impression that the responsetime improved significantlly since they added addl. servers last weekend.... ... may be they have a somewhat lower priority on the "visitors" server. Burkhard
