Defrocked, Good luck on your bond short....if it works we should be making money on some stock shorts....I have been giving a lot of though to going long the bond this morning....looking for at least a move to 128 basis March. It just seems to me that the market will want to get the bond above its 200 day ma to at least test the shorts in mkt....and I am getting buy momentum divergences on the daily and 60 minutes RSI and MACD's Also it would be typical for the bonds to sell off into the auction thus enabling the primary dealers to buy some cheaper stock....(physical bonds) the 10 year went well yesterday as the bid coverage ratio was pretty tight. Not trying to talk you out of your pozzie.....more just thinking outloud ...a bond collapse from here just doesn't fit the sentiment... hope for us all I have blowm my bond analysis....Stay Tuned. John
