Interphase CFO Kalush to be president, CEO
DALLAS, Feb 11 (Reuters) - Interphase Corp. (Nasdaq:INPH - news), a computer networking specialist, announced Thursday that chief financial officer Gregory Kalush will become president and chief executive officer effective March 12.
Kalush, formerly an executive at International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE:IBM - news) and DSC Communications Corp., joins the Interphase board of directors immediately, the company said.
Stephen Polley, current chairman, chief executive officer and president, will remain as chairman of the board of Interphase following the transition. Polley will assume the position of chairman and chief executive officer of CompUSA Direct, CompUSA Inc.'s (NYSE:CPU - news) Internet and mail order business. |
