The company is definitely looking into a name change and I believe the adoption on a new symbol as well. This name change will be adopted to better represent the company's business plan and e commerce participation. The meetings that I attended in Vegas were open to investors but there were additional meetings occurring with potential acquisition candidates besides PCS. That is to say that PCS and RDIM were not the only companies represented at the meeting. The potential for further negotiations and acquisition/roll ups seems very high to me from what I think was going on.

I personally asked John Folger and Ann Jameson how soon we could expect to see the demo site and hopefully a name change. The response was that the company was much more concerned with implementing it's business plan at this point in time. Their concern was that we as investors will ultimately be more interested in seeing real progress in the business plan. Personally I agree that this news will be much more important than the opening of a demo site and a name change alone.

A name change is going to happen but I'm not certain exactly how soon. It will not be based on the acquisition of any particular private wholesale buying group to the best of my knowledge.

Regards, Jeff
