VNE's filings are up to date, and VNE doesn't trade on the above exchanges - so your point is just meaningless short side hype. "Or give me 1 example of a company on any of those exchanges which has directors that subscribed to 85% of a PP. If David is correct, this would seem to be an incredible conflict of interest." What? VNE has disclosed that directors subscribed. Generally, most would consider insider buying a good thing. Raising capital for juniors is difficult and its pretty common for directors to pp into the companies if they believe. Again, the pp prices were at market level when they were done. "Buying equity has risk. Buying VNE appears to me to be plain suicidal." More meaningless short side hype. "As usual, I don't expect a response to this post which provides the requested information. Because as usual, the truth would expose VNE for what it actually is." More meaningless short side hype. Every question you've ever raised has been responded to, Ian.
