Have you had a chance to read some of the latest stuff on the C6x.

Some good links on the "only the news" thread. I hate to go on and on about a "simple" DSP, BUT this one doesn't sound so simple.

Also like I just posted to PRB, it sounds like TXN wants to hack out a niche in the chip market. They obviously took it in the shorts being a "DRAM maker" and NOBODYS gonna compete with INTC for a long time so that niche is out.

In The article I read TXN made a statement to the effect that they were aiming at being THE DSP maker.
