Doesn't bother me. I'm more interested in what Seligman is doing. I can't imagine they are above water on their investment now. Anyone with that big a position has to have some long term view of a significant upside. Even if the stock rebounded 3 or 4 bucks to where they were back to even or perhaps a little ahead, and they tried to unload 10 million shares, they would collapse the price again. I believe that is what is happening to the stock now. Someone with a big position is dumping it at any price they can get and probably taking a loss on it. This stock is death for institutional passive investing.

But if they took an active role and led a shareholder revolt to sack Sim, they could see their investment double from here in a flash. I wish to God they or someone else would have the balls to do so. If they just sit on their butt like all the other big owners have and do nothing they will have it handed to them by Sim. And the incredible irony of this stock is that Sim himself is the one person in the world that would benefit the most from his own sacking.
