HAHAHAHAHA! :-) I can see why you might think that... I've seen
promoters on other boards doing that and I agree, it's misleading.
Actually I work for Aspen Technology (Nasdaq:AZPN) writing
plant automation software. But I can see how you might think that
I work for them since I'm quite impressed with the product idea and
I DO own a bunch of stock I bought at WAY too high a price when it
IPOed... which is quite frustrating since I've been investing long
enough to have known better than to buy before the spread settled
down... I just got emotional.

As to your thoughts, I have no idea. If you manage to come up with
anything I'd love to hear about it. I do know that when I heard about
the company the market maker was sitting on the bid and not posting
an ask to try and buy up all the stock he could from the public...
it remained like that for a couple of weeks and the bid moved from
0.75 to a high of around 17.00 at one point (although quite briefly).
At that time a Fidelity broker told me that there was only 1 market
maker in the stock, which obviously changed before they actually
started free trading again. Anyway, I suspect they didn't open until
they had managed to pull a bunch of the shares out of public hands.

I'm also a bit confused on the split... some kind of split occurred
during that period as well but it looked like a 4 for 1 at the time.
Now I'm wondering a little bit since only 10MM shares seems a bit
strange. A shell company with only 2.5MM outstanding is a bit hard
to believe, but I guess not impossible. Perhaps I was wrong and it
was actually a 1 for 4.

Anyway, as I said, I'd love to hear anything you can find out... if
you still doubt my identity you are welcome to check out my website
(listed in my profile) and you will see that I am not only a software
engineer but also a Christian recording artist on the side. You are
welcome to call the church and ask about me. :-)
