TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 11, 1999--Heartsoft, Inc. (OTC BB:HTSF), confirmed today that the company is nearing a deal with an Internet development company for the licensing of a unique new Internet-based product for the U.S. and international K-12 education and home markets. Shell, acknowledged in recent telephone interviews with the media that Heartsoft has been in discussions with an undisclosed developer of Internet and Intranet security for the introduction of a new Internet product for children.
