OT reDARE DARE program is a horror. Children getting used to seeing POLICE on their campuses, more and more a "military" society and training children to accept it. THe DARE program was cost/effectiveness studies by the Justice dept and found to be a waste of money. But in this country once a program is set up it is never dismantled, who cares it it had any "beneficial" effects or not. Vote Libertarian. Give us our tax money back and our freedoms back. And now I really will stop. I had to say this: I HATE the DARE program: if you want to know some of the reasons PM me. Best wishes to all.
