Hey Sam...

Thanks for your comments as well. I guess I was in sort of a surly mood last night, but I guess the post reads ok now that I look at it in the AM...

I guess I was feelin' a bit defensive (protective?), being that alot of newbies and such are drifting over to this thread and the one on Yahoo, and are lookin' for a bit of a kickstart in their DD. Not trying to preach, but I just feel like it's not our business to tell 'em when to buy and sell, and all that, just lay out the cool stuff we've found from doing our own due diligence and steer 'em to good, evidential support for our conclusions.

I did alot of reading of the posts here and on Yahoo before I started throwing my two-cents into the fray, and even then, I would generally try to refrain from making such definitive, strongly-worded, proclamations regarding throwing out this one or chasing after that thing, or "here's how management should promote the stock," etc.

I don't know -- IMHO these boards are at their best when folks can sit down, talk to a 2x4 and have a little neighborly discussion. I've appreciated your posts here and over at Yahoo, and would certainly encourage anyone to continue to post any and all things that are on their minds (as long as we stay roughly on topic, without digressing to talk of such evils as lobster races, crackers, gorillas, and the like<g>).

Anyway, gotta run.

Zuma_2000 (sorry, had to do that)
