AV--No I did not expect the deal to close so soon. It was extremely fast from intentions to finalization. As far as price is concerned, it absolutely floors me that we got as low as 25. I have a GTC bid in at $24 1/2 for 5000 shares, just in case it dribbles lower. Even as the #1 holding for me, I will not let a chance go by to acquire shares sub 25 shares in this company. I do not mean to scare you off but if UTEK drops (which I really do not beleive it will), I will re-adjust my portfolio and buy 5000 shares at every 0.5 increment under $25 down to wherever it should settle. The ride back up and through 30 will just be that much more profitable. I know I am missing some other opportunities but my top 5 stocks are "where the rubber meets the road". These are my aggressive (and maybe obsessive) roads to riches. As you have confindence in yourself and your company, I have confidence in myself and these top tier 5 companies. Good Luck to both of us.
