"Biofarm has also filed with the SEC, on January 27, 1999, an extension of the filing date for its Form 10-K for the maximum period of fifteen days...The company's Form 10-K will include a consolidated audit report for all Biofarm subsidiaries, prepared by BDO International." (from BIOF Feb. 1 news release)

So, if BIOF assumes control of RMGG by then (next week), as the Raging Bull thread seems to be saying, RMGG should also be in that audit.

It will be interesting to hear about RMGG's and BIOF's future plans.

I cain't hardly wait!
