Ive been long this stock since august. Did she mention the shareholder lawsuit..... They could get whacked. I have read over their annual report 3 times. They have a very clean balace sheet.

One problem I do see is their payor mix. I don't have the figures in front of me but, something like 63 % comes from medicare and a lot of it is cost based. Which means they can make no profit.

I like their acquisition of Messick. I wanted to buy more at four....just couldn't risk it.
