I'm afraid I do. It seems like the company now has a very good business plan with diversification. They need money to execute it; to bring more bagel stores into the fold and to publicize their other activities. They may be getting some of that by issuing more shares. I don't trust Andy any further than I could dropkick him which is something I might like to do.
