I'm looking at a six month chart. Here is what the otter version of a crystal ball says to me: 1. There is a strong parallel between price, bollinger bands, and stochastics with what happened last October/November. Then, as now price was weak, stochastics were in the pits but with a slight upward tilt. Any movement outside of the bollinger band met with a swift retreat. Then..... movement.

Another way to look at it is that VLSI has been trading in a channel bounded on the low side at around 10 and on the high side at roughly 13 1/2 since late last fall.

So.....???? Time to buy more?
