Robert,
I am less concerned about the actual act than I am his reaction to it and the subsequent quagmire that he enabled. He may not have lied legally (as far as I can tell), but he certainly deceived The People. That is where I see the disgrace.

And though I am no fan of Clinton's, I do think that what Starr and his republican backers have done is far more reprehensible. And I agree, I believe that the American People will make the republicans suffer for it. My ideal scenario is for all incumbents to be unseated in the next elections, regardless of party.
