Their apparent inability to respond in a timely fashion is not good for a company that is constantly harping on the theme of having a passionate commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope that they don't become victims of their own success, i.e. create huge demand and then piss a lot of people off because they are not ready to deliver. I called them a couple of days ago and was told I would hear from an account rep within a week. I am starting to look for another provider, so I figured, what the heck, let's see what Winstar looks like from a prospective customers perspective. At any rate, I still have my sights set on a few years out with this one, so I'm trying not to get real exercised about a little turbulence on the way. Maybe things will smooth out at the higher altitudes? Pack your own parachute, just in case!
