You also need to add in the Prefered Class B shares of USAI and the 40 mil or so option shares of LCOS. They are not quite equal as LCOS is worth like 5 bil and the USAI stuff's worth under 4 bil.
And 60% of TMCS is owned by USAI and is priced into their stock.
