TriQuint Semiconductor Inc. (TQNT) 19 -3 1/8: --UPDATE-- Adams Harkness upgrades supplier of a broad range of high performance gallium arsenide integrated circuits from "sell" to "market perform" on slightly higher revenues; gross margins improved sequentially to 38.9%, but is 110 basis points below forecast; however, revenue visibility has increased for the next two quarters, although the Nokia business should continue to drag gross margins; lowers FY99 EPS estimate from $1.41 to $1.23 a share.....
