I think you're dead on. I've been accumulating the stock from the mid -4s and am looking for a break out next week. One thing you didn't mention, and something I was told when I called the company, is that the company is actively pursuing acquisitions. The company is close to finalizing its credit facility with Toronto Dominion and this will permit it to make the acquisitions it needs to grow its revenue.

One other thing. Don't forget that this company went public less than a year ago priced in the mid-teens and many of the insiders (directors and officers) who acquired the stock are under water. A great incentive to get the stock price up.
