hey steve,you must admit the frustration on this thread,is directed mainly at the incompetance of the directors in the way this company has been run, so i guess it wrangles alot of share holders,when you get remark's from even joe kizis, about the high payed past and present.INCOMPETANT.directors. that have brought this concern.to its very knees.as a dilution of 5-1 is not in the average shareholders interests. but mainly for insiders to benifit, by bringing there hundreds of thousands, of shares.to around the 15cents mark were they can still get out without. a loss.please explain the word competance to joe when you talk to him next.thanks nrr
