SoundWorks International, Inc. Announces Clarification Of Stock Dividend Announcement
SEATTLE, Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- SoundWorks International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SOWK) announces that with respect to its stock dividend of four shares for each share currently held, effective as of the close of business on Thursday, February 11, 1999, SoundWorks International, Inc. will treat the trade date and not the settlement date as the date for entitlement of the four share dividend.
In addition, the dividend shares will be free trading when issued to shareholders holding free trading stock.
