Just thought I would give my input here. Take a look at amkr. Not yet at a new high, but very close and the "cup" has just been formed and it is well on its way to new highs now. I was in at 9.5. Fairly newly traded company, but as william o'neil's boook states that is where the largest growth is. Also, the company is growing, profitable, and is fundamentally undervalued. But then again, I am a chart person and buy when stocks are at or near new highs and have rs of 80+.
