Mark: <fidelity freezing an account over non trading issue> Thank you for the story!! It seems that one does not "argue", to be safe. It is ironic that someone in Schwab only noticed me for the size of a margin call, not the rapid growth of the account. I'll be fine, as I am actually taking less risk now than last year anyway. From now on, I'll only be able to push my equity down to 35%--which in safer, and it's o.k. for now.
