I've always liked Falcon - in fact I once held it at $34 :(. The problem is the debt and the debt service if day rates remain suppressed for a long time. Maybe they bit off to much too quickly in acquiring R&B and Cliffs. On the other hand, they have great leverage to the upside.

I suspect their will be more consolidation in the industry, but whether FLC will be a target. BD is the one with the insight here.
