Shouldn't this be deducted to get the NTA ? Where did you get 0.1 million ?

The net proceeds from this private placement was 2.43 million

Looks to me as if they can do a reverse split and stay listed a while. In fact, I don't see why they have to do the reverse split, since the stock is around 2 and the continued listing requirement is only 1.

I suppose the management is confident that the bid will drop below $1
