Alliance Technologies Changes Name to stereoscape.com, inc.To Reflect New E-Commerce Focus.New Symbol SSCP
MANALAPAN, N.J., Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance Technologies, Inc. (formerly OTC Bulletin Board: ALTL) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a change in the Company's name to stereoscape.com, inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SSCP) on December 6, 1998.
Effective today, the Company's shares will trade on the OTC Bulletin Board under the new ticker symbol "SSCP."
"Our new name is in line with our new business focus to concentrate our sales efforts toward E-Commerce (Internet) sales," Said Steve Wise, CEO. "We have three active web sites which we anticipate will dramatically increase our current business," he added.
In addition, having filed its Form 10SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 6, 1998, the Company has attained full reporting status under the Securities Act of 1934 effective January 7, 1999. The Company will now be required to observe all of the reporting requirements of the Act, including filing quarterly 10QSB's and an annual 10KSB. Additionally, the Company obtained the Standard and Poors Manual blue-sky exemption on December 15, 1998.
The Company through its subsidiaries Alpha Sound and Vision, Inc. and American Buyers Club International, Inc. sells high-end home theatre equipment. Sales are generated principally through the Internet.
