UPDATE ON TANKER and BANY!!!!! Coast Guard is now going to use Napalm (sp) to blow up tanker. The BANY Double Case will be used to float the explosive out to the tanker. The Captain of the Coast Guard is reported to say: "The seas are just too rough to use any other means. We know that BANY CASES will hold up under these conditions." AnnieO
