I recently had lunch with two "recipients" of the recent layoff at
Exar. The recent announcement of restructuring was not clear - but
there was, in fact, a reduction in force.

None of us could figure why Prudential continues to believe the "transition" and "redirection" tales. Yes, the CEO has changed. Yes, a replacement VP of Sales was brought on to replace the one who left. Beyond that, there have been no changes to the executive staff. Still , I have yet to see real change.

Is there such a thing as "vapor-transition?"
