It almost feels like, after watching today's action, that:

either:

1) Effect on LCOS of this deal is very favorable

OR

2) Another suitor is definitely on the sidelines, just holding its
breath for the opportunity to jump-in (MSFT comes to mind imho! ... showed some interests in I'net takeovers as recently as yesterday if you remember :-)).

Action similar to ATI takeover time! All imho!
