Perhaps Starr's power and fame went to his head? Perhaps Ken Starr actually felt that he was ordained by God to punish the evil, wicked, sinful American President?

It did seem as if Starr was taking some desperate actions near the end of his OIC investigation. Perhaps he really hates to lose and he forgot that his target was the President. I wonder if Starr was really feeling the power and felt that he was more important than Clinton?

Anyway, if Ken Starr did abuse the trust given to the OIC, then we will find out during this Justice Department investigation of the OIC.

If Ken Starr broke the law, he should be charged and tried just like anyone else. No one is above the law.
