Two questions for the thread:
1) Is it usually the case that when a deadcat bounce occurs on a certain issue, the volume if higher and/or above average?
2) When we use a new-high/new-low ration as as indicator how reliable it will be under the following scenario?
- Money is poured more into big caps and leaders.
- Already a decent correction has occured (say 5 to 20%) on most
big names issues.
What it says is that smaller may be starved due to rotation towards
big names.
Thanks
-Nat
