Ghassan & Brian, there is some speculation on the ORCL thread about their recent filing to issue $350 in debt. For a company with 1 bil or so in cash, that only makes sense if they are out to buy someone.

Of course, there are plenty of potential tagets in the $300 mil range, but BORL came up since its cap is just $210 mil and there have been some licensing deals as well. Just speculation, mind you, but do you care to give us your opinion?
