For anyone that is interested. I posted this on the VNGD under the 5 dollars and under forum also.

I contacted Russell Winter of RvR Securities (subsidiary of H&Q) about VNGD today. He says he expects VGND to announce earnings tommorrow and that they will be pretty bad. He also expects them to announce plans to dilute the shares by raising some private equity. His numbers are revenues of 107 million for the year and a 5 million loss on the year. He expects VNGD to do much better toward the spring and says the new CEO John Tague is hitting his numbers in the turnaround and that the new route schedule is showing positive signs.
