I think you are right about CHPS

I was in when it dropped to 13 and started to climb up to 14 - caught it at 13.5. Bail out 2 days later after it rally up to 14.75 and starated it slide down again - managed to bail out at 14-1/8.

One has to be patient to watch for the bottom on this one. I will buy at 12 or lower.
