Please share the permit info. I would like to know why the BLM says that there are no permits except for a water well. If the facilities are on private property they probably do not need BLM permits. However, if they remove ore from BLM land, they will need permits. There is nothing secrect or magic about these permits. They are very standard and they are also subject to public input. There would be no reason for the BLM to say otherwise. If I had the permit info. I could verify. It would be better if you provided me with the info. If I call MAXAM you could just say I made it up.
