How exactly does his representation of say, eeevil tobacco or other
corporate interests affect the work he's doing in the OIC? I'd like a specific example not WH spin.

Is this a real question? jl, you're a smart guy, this can't be a real question.

First, the operation he's leading ran through what some guess to be $60000000.00 dollars. Second, as he admitted during his testimony, he didn't even personally interview or meet any of the investigated. That's irresponsible quarterbacking.. he wasn't even on the field!

Please don't tell me that wasn't his job unless you only rate him as a lame administrator. He should have been there especially at crucial interviews. Where was he? Probably working against tobacco victims and running his other business.

Its as likely history will show Starr wasn't a contender but rather a bland administrator with too much power and money. He's been milking the US taxpayer for political ends and continues to milk the system. He should give it up and retire to teaching or write a book.
