LS Capital (CHIP)... See SB2/A 4/21/98 - Actual distribution was 1 JVWB per 50 CHIP shares and 4 JVWBW per 50 CHIP shares. The JVWBW are the Class A warrants and are exercisable now ... not that anyone would want to.
