Yesterday I called those terds regarding another matter.

First phone call: On hold for one hour. I get an untrained rep who can't answer my questions. He says he will need to connect me to customer service after already putting me on hold 3 times to ask someone else about my questions. I tell him I don't want to hold but he needs to connect me to a human. He says no problem and I am put on hold again. I hang up after holding for 1/2 hour. I call back again and hold for another 1/2 hour. I get another untrained rep who puts me on hold to ask questions to others. He can't answer all the questions so I ask for a supervisor. He manages to get an experienced rep in his office on the phone who answers my questions but I wonder if the information is really correct.

And CNBC likes E-trade because they furnish that ticker that runs under the screen for free in return for the publicity. What a scam!
