Rosemary - I see you are struggling with the same problem - the lack of usefully recent data on institutional holdings. Even 12/31/98 is not useful, in my view, since the activities of Morgan Stanley since the Edlestone dowgrade and then re-upgrade, along with the company's "flat earnings" pronouncement - all late January - are key. Clearly the institutions have not rushed in to buy, otherwise the stock would have rebounded. But I'd like to know if there has been net accumulation by the main institutional stalwarts - like Fidelity and MS - during this dip. Oh well! Regards - Bernard
