I just got off the phone with Jim. He assures me that MOST of the details are complete. The remaining details are minor. IMO MPTV will, end the end, do whatever the lender requires to close the loan. They have no choice!!! The court mandated stay of execution ends on Mar. 4th. Jim had to let me go because the lender called and was holding on the other line. He said he would call me back.
