Hell no the bonds were not 12%. It was more like 6% ish. "Silverman complaining how their bonds were selling at D level prices whereas he would rank themself at least a B or B+." He is lucky anyone even touched em. Nothing like a company with a 40% debt to equity ratio with potential class action exposure of at least 60% equity.
