Hi guys, there is no question that there have been some things f----d up along the way. There have been problems because the focus seemed to be on the next "deal", rather than on just straight core business development. There have also been some definite problems with the communication with the shareholder (I know you're all really surprised by that one **chuckle**). I freely admit, that I am more fortunate than some of you, because I am basically at a break-even point, with WRN at .14, and that makes it easier for me to sit back and wait. But I do still understand and share much of the frustration.

What I can tell you at the moment is that I know they are still actively pursuing additional business ventures. Some of that is potential contracts for Taylor (yes there still are some) and some of it is altogether alternate business ventures. I personally believe that there is still an intention to farm out Taylor, in order to raise potentially necessary capital, if they find another "core" business entity.

These are my assumptions based on the piece-meal chain of events we have witnessed. I may be wrong, we may wind up keeping Taylor, but I have to believe that there is something sub-surface going on with Taylor, where projects are being shelved or engineering developments are being delayed and I do mean intentionally.

Salut,
Leigh McBain
