I have said it before and I will say it again. Earnings guessing games on this thread attract media attention. We all believe that DELL will exceed the established numbers, but the analysts have gotten better at guessing what DELL will do over the months and years. Therefore, our guesses for wildly optimistic results leads to disappointment and in the worst case, we contribute to the still undefined "WHISPER NUMBER..." I would rather that we refrain from talking up the results so we can bask in the glow during post earnings. If you must put on record a number that you think DELL will earn, send it via PM to me and I will publish the results after the market closes on Wednesday (the DAY AFTER earnings are announced). If you like, send PM to two people to have independent confirmations on your predictions. Just my opinion folks... Craig
