RDIM Relevant Information: Here is RDIM's executive management summary. I have met many of these people at the meeting I attended in Las Vegas.

Executive Management team of RDI Marketing

John Folger - President - has over 25 years of direct management experience in the formation, capitalization, merger and consolidation of business ventures. He has been involved in start-up ventures for both private and corporate sponsors, one of which, a subsidiary of Bristol-Myers/Dracket, was subsequently sold to another buyer.

Geographical expansion through franchising and territorial rights programs are a significant part of his work history. He served as the President of an International Franchise Association and led a negotiating team to acquire a publicly traded national company.

John was there of course and handled the lion's share of all the presentations and discussions. He is an extremely intelligent and highly motivated individual. His dry wit and charm was well received by all who met him. I believe it is his vision that will make all of us investors very happy to hold RDIM well into the distant future.

Ann Jameson - Vice President - has been engaged in corporate business for 28 years. She provides expertise and managerial experience to the Company in many disciplines (strategy assessment; policy development; project methods; procedures and training; and human resources and corporate relations). Ann has occupied various positions at The Hartford Insurance Group and Carvel Corporation; and, is an active committee/board member of non-profit organizations throughout Connecticut

Ann is John's right hand "man", so to speak. She is truly a wonderful person and a joy to talk to about anything. I believe that her organizational talents were largely responsible for the success of these meetings. She has an infectious smile and had us all laughing our heads off.

Charnel Benner - Special Advisor - has engaged in various marketing management positions at Proctor and Gambel Company, General Foods Corporation, and IDS / American Express Financial Services; and Retirement Design & Management, Inc., over a 28 professional career. Her contributions to management include client relations, financial planning and forecasting, new business development, and sales and marketing. Charnel is a principal of Quantum Financial Services in Greenwich, CT, a Registered Investment Advisor firm providing comprehensive Financial Services in Greenwich, CT, a Registered Investment Advisor firm providing comprehensive Financial Planning services to individuals, executives and small business owners.

Wow, talk about brainy. Charnel eloquently expressed her confidence in RDIM's future based on the collective abilities of the management team. I also believe her vocabulary is bigger than mine!

Anthony Dante, Jr. - Chief Financial Officer - has a demonstrated record of managing efficient and profitable operations over the past 30 years. He has held executive positions with companies such as Pacific Foods, Inc., The Richard Roberts Group, Inc., Connecticut Commercial Travelers Mutual Life Insurance Group, Inc., Connecticut Commercial Travelers Mutual Life Insurance, and Allstate Insurance Company where he has provided significant administrative and technical experience in finance, strategic planning, business development, information systems development, marketing, real estate acquisitions and development.

Dean Barnes - Vice President of Sales - brings over 23 year's of sales and sales management experience through his prior positions with Bankers Life and Casualty Corporate Office; and, as operating principal of Properties International. Revenue and earnings achieved substantial growth for both companies. At Bankers Life and Casualty, Dean managed six (6) branch offices, an agent staff of sixty (60); and, increased new business revenue from $8M to $12M within 2 years. He has recently assumed the responsibilities of the sales force recruiting, organization, training and management; facility and showroom operations; and telemarketing promotions operations for the corporate and satellite offices.

A very business minded individual. Just the kind of guy you would want keeping an eye on the bottom line.

Martin Gersten, Esquire - Special Advisor - provides a depth of experience as a practicing transactional attorney with specific expertise in finance, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. Former engagements as special advisor to public corporations and Executive Management positions in several corporations extend the theoretical practice of law into the practical application of those strategies that allow for aggressive corporate growth while maintaining structural integrity of parent and subsidiary operations.

TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT TEAM

New high technology applications embracing commerce-enabled Internet purchases and information systems will be delivered via WebTV home modules which are currently under development.

RDI Marketing anticipates developing a nationwide network of localized operations by conversion, merger, or acquisition of those existing facilities and operators that fit the profile target of the Company. Local facilities will be high-tech and high-touch, meaning exclusivity, comfort and expanding range of products and services dedicated to membership requirements. The "hub and spoke" system will be implemented on a regional basis to provide corporate management those controls necessary for uniform service and informational flow throughout the network.

Anticipated with the new technology is the tracking of all member orders for faster and more efficient product deliveries. Sales data results will be posted and managed through interactive terminals where data is shared.

Alfred Werner - Vice President-Technology -has the credentials and expertise to assist companies in exploiting stabile but aggressive technologies to make their message heard on the Internet venue. He is a technologist with a variety of experience spanning military aviation and radar processing to transaction and fiduciary transaction systems in IVR and WWW. His varied background includes Senior Quality Controller, Signals Intelligence; Operating Systems Engineer with Westinghouse Electric Company; Systems Engineer for Alexander Consulting Group; and, Founder and Vice President of Technology for Online Business Associates. Alfred led a technology team for smartcard system involving browser plugins for Netscape 3.x and MS IE 3.x, Netscape Enterprise Server, and Netscape LADP Server 3.x. He has programmed most if not all of over fifty (50) major web sites employing a variety of technologies. The Websites include Sloan Foundation Careers in Science (website and CD-ROM methodology); Advanced Network and Services (www.advanced.org/thinkquest); www.pcflowers.com - online transaction system employed by NBC, Time Warner, USA Today, WebTV; Saatchi & Saatchi - secure extranet system (in use for Lexus, Armeritech, Proctor and Gamble, Delta, HP); Village Green www.villagegreen.com - a national town-level lateral and heirarchial navigation system. Werner has provisional patents for Corbrand and Private Label Services and Smartcard Services for the World Wide Web. An Internet textbook for foreign language study is currently under editorial review at Oxford University Press and McGraw Hill Publishers.

Alan Bell - Chief Information Officer - provides a technical emphasis for RDI Marketing that will focus in the areas of software and hardware applications research, database application support, and staff / member training programs. With over 25 years as a technology applications training director for the Real Estate and other industries, he has a solid working knowledge of software, hardware and telephony technologies. Based on his analysis and the implementation of state-of-the-art technology in computer and telephone resources, he will maximize the information flow between the Company and it's employees, customers and suppliers. His background includes the development and launching of a national community-based Internet site for Village Green; and primary support for administrative and sales division hardware and software as CIO / VP with Online Business Associates. The integration of vendors and strategic partners into RDIM systems will be supported by his efforts, as will the implementation of comprehensive software training systems to support both employee and member usage.

He took care of all the audio visual presentations and seemed to be extremely capable and highly affable.

Steven White - Special Advisor - offers the skills and credentials of a senior management technology professional to the enterprise. For 15 years he has held increasingly responsible executive management positions in the banking and securities industry. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Waterhouse Securities, where he is responsible for network services to over 125 branches in the U.S. As the leader of technology group, he has delivered the corporate mandate to become the #1 on-line brokerage firm. This team includes 85 network professionals and controls a $20 million dollar budget.
